This game comes with staff to supervise and operate the equipment, so you can concentrate on having fun. Set up time is approximately 10 - 30 minutes per game. Our staff will arrive approximately 40 minutes before your event. Our fee is based on us removing the equipment immediately after your booking has been completed.

Additional Info

The Mechanical Surfboard requires the following: 
Space 6m x 3.5m x 3.2m (H) 
Power requirements 2 x 240V outlets rated to 10 amps each. If you don’t have the facilities to power the Mechanical Surfboard, we can supply power generators for an additional $170. 
If you wish to use this on a surface that we cannot peg the inflatable down to, you will require concrete weights, these are supplied at an extra charge of $220. 

We can provide rain insurance to cover any items booked with us. Your payments relating to the insured booking will be refunded in full if you select this option, less your rain insurance payment. Please ask for our rain insurance terms and conditions.

Duration

This package is for two hours hire on the mechanical surfboard. Additional hours can be purchased, please enquire if you are interested.

Q. How much space do we need for this?
A. You need a space of 6m X 3.5m X 3.5m (H) for this.

Q. Where can I have a mechanical Surfboard?
A. You can have the surfboard at any location you like as long as the site has flat level access and any entrances we must pass through are a minimum of 1.1metres wide.

Q. What are the power requirements for this?
A. 2 x 240V/10amp (normal power point) If you don’t have the facilities to power the Mechanical Surfboard, we can supply power generators for an additional $170.

Q. Does someone operate the Surfboard for us?
A. Yes, one of our staff operates the Surfboard and supervise to ensure safety and fun.

Q. How long do we have the Surfboard for?
A. The standard booking length is 2 hours.

Q. Can we purchase additional hours, if so how much?
A. Yes you can, additional hours are $158 per hour.

Q. Can anyone ride the Surfboard, is it safe?
A. Yes they can, your safety is our top priority.

Q. Do they get booked out quickly?
A. Yes, these are often booked out a month in advance.

Q. How long does it take to set up/ take down?
A. We arrive 1 hour beforehand to set up, take down generally takes 15-20minutes.

Q. What is the latest time that you come out?
A. We can come out at any time, however any event after 12am is charged at double time.

Q. What is rain insurance?
A. Rain insurance is 8.75% of the total hire and needs to be taken out at least two weeks before your event.

Q. Does this price include GST?
A. Yes it does.
