want the aerobic workout...so we have put together a special class especially for you. Over the two hours and a half hours you’ll learn some sexy new moves!

It’s perfectly natural to feel a little nervous at first, many students start out like this. Don't worry, you'll quickly get used to working the pole and before you know it you’ll be swinging around with new found confidence and pizzazz.

Come with an open mind and be prepared to make a mistake or two, it's all part of the fun. This is a form of fitness with a giggle

Dress Code

You will need to wear general gym wear. We suggest a comfortable sporty top and a pair of shorts. Bare legs are pretty essential if you want to grip on to the pole (you will slip with tights on). You can wear tracksuit bottoms if you feel more comfortable but these are slightly harder to grip the pole in.

We suggest trainers for the warm up, but after that a pair of heels for the actual pole work. These can either be in the form of knee high boots or court shoes - anything with a heel. You need to be able to grip the pole effectively, have freedom of movement and feel a bit sexy whilst doing the class.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Malaga.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum number of people required?
A: Minimum number of girls is 10, the maximum number is 30 girls.

Q: What if we don’t have 10 girls?
A: That is not a problem; however you would still be required to pay for the minimum amount of 10 girls.

Q: Can we bring extra food and alcohol to the venue?
A: Yes this is fine; however there will be plenty of nibbles.

Q: What is the $50 gift for the Hen?
A: This is a surprise for the day.

Q: Do we have to have a Male Stripper?
A: No not at all, you can change this to a Topless Waiter if you would prefer.

Q: Is it cheaper if we don’t get a Waiter or a Stripper?
A: No it will still be the same price as this is part of the package.

Q: What do I wear?
A: Items that allow free & easy movement; shorts or a skirt and a tank top or t-shirt. Or, if your brave, anything that makes you feel sexy.No jewellery please. Bracelet’s and rings may get damaged and can scratch the dance pole.* Please do not wear or use lotion on your hands, arms, or legs on the day of the Pole Party.

Q: Should we wear high heels?
A: High heels are an advantage to give you that strut. Boots that come above the ankle are useful to help you grip the pole with your ankles. Boots and high heels are not required, just recommended.

Q: What time do the Pole Dancing Parties start?
A: This is up to your group.

Q: Will there be other groups there?
A: No this will be exclusive to your group.

Q: How long does the party go for?
A: 2 hours.

Q: Do we have our own poles?
A: This depends on how many girls you have in your party, with pole parties most girls do share poles as pole dancing is very strenuous form of exercise, you are here to have fun not an aerobics workout!

Q: Is there stripping involved?
A: No. The only items of clothing that come off at our parties are shoes and socks. It will probably be the most fun you’ll ever have fully clothed.

Q: Is there an age limit for the classes or parties?
A: Yes, 18 years and above unless consented by a parent please.

Q: What if 1 or 2 of my guests don’t want to dance at the party?
A: They will change their minds once they see how much fun, empowering and how sexy everyone looks!

Q: I’ve never been athletic, or very graceful, and/or I’m a full figured woman, will I be able to pole dance?
A: Yes you will! We present an arrangement of easy pole dance moves that every women can do.

Q: I’m concerned that I’ll look foolish
A: A common fear when learning something new. Believe me, 10 minutes after the party starts you and the other women will be too busy laughing together, clapping and dancing to let fear hold you back.

Q: What happens at a pole party?
A: The main focus of our parties is to have fun and take away some saucy sexy moves – be aware you may become addicted!
