The Experience

We meet you approximately one hour before dawn.

After a cup of tea or coffee and a pre-flight briefing, you’ll be transported to the chosen launch site for the day. This can be anywhere in the valley depending on the prevailing winds, which makes for a little mystery as you could be flying over hills, rivers, forests, vineyards, or farmland.

What better backdrop could you wish for as you prepare to deliver one of the most important lines in your life..?

From the hot air balloon you’ll be privileged to the spectacular sights of the sun as it starts to slowly rise above the horizon, breathing warm life into a fresh new day. The views are breathtaking and you’ll begin to appreciate just how vast the valley is once aloft. Now that you’re both awe struck by the views it may be a great opportunity to deliver a unique proposal . . .

Options:
FreemanX also offers the option of delivering your proposal on your behalf via a Banner in tow from an aircraft or via sky writing. From the distance we can prearrange for your proposal message to be towed right by the balloon as you float by, alternatively we can arrange it to be written in the sky to be seen for miles around.

After the exhilaration of floating effortlessly above this beautiful scenic treasure, you’ll be treated to a sumptuous fully catered champagne breakfast at a local restaurant. This is the perfect place to make a toast to the happily engaged couple.
