The Experience

Spend the weekend in total privacy in an exclusive Creekside Spa Bungalow set amongst the rainforest at Crystal Creek . In summer surprise your partner a dozen pole candles lit around a 400 year old fig tree with a romantic dinner setting including a white table cloth, chairs, Moet champagne, glasses a deluxe cheese platter and Belgium chocolates. All you have to do is stumble across it . . .

During the longer daylight hours of the summer months we set up a special romantic place in the rainforest which you can stumble across during your walk. Our beautiful 400 year old fig tree on the edge of the pristine creek is the backdrop for your special moment.

We set up pole candles around the tree with a table & white table cloth, chairs Moet champagne, glasses a deluxe cheese platter and Belgium chocolates. All you have to do is stumble across it on your walk and maybe open the champagne to your partner’s surprise [shock horror] and pop the question.

Then on your return to your bungalow your partner will be surprised to find a rose petal trail leading through your bungalow to a rose petal heart on the bed! Includes:

During the winter we suggest you take your partner for a walk just prior to dusk. Whilst you are out we will prepare your bungalow by setting the table with a full white table cloth dinner service plus the roses, Moet champagne, full gourmet dinner and we will fill your bungalow with one hundred candles all lit to create the mood.

When you return to the bungalow your partner will be amazed to find the bungalow glowing to the amber light of the candles reflecting off the windows and a rose petal trail. You can present your partner with the roses. You may have proposed whilst out on your walk or make this special moment one you will both remember for ever. Then delight in the gourmet dinner and champagne. After which you can retreat to the spa with the champagne to relax and gaze into the rainforest.

Your Creekside Spa Bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large but intimate living area opening onto a covered deck. A separate bedroom with king size bed adjoins the ensuite which contains a large oval double spa bath with floor to ceiling windows and rainforest views.

Set down in the thick rainforest, these pitched roof design bungalows create a romantic setting for you and your partner. Listen to the sound of the flowing creek as you wine and dine by candlelight on the large but cosy deck. Surround the indoor spa with candles and gaze out the window at the beauty of this pristine rainforest environment.

The retreat is an ecotourist's delight where you can stroll under giant strangler figs, along fern lined gorges or simply lay in a hammock over a crystal pool and watch the wompoo pigeon’s frolic in the treetops.

Located in a spectacular lush rainforest environment, the architect designed bungalows have been strategically placed within the dense canopy, ensuring total privacy for each cabin and providing natural exposure to the forest.

All bungalows are equal in their quality of fixtures, fittings and furniture. They are all fully self contained with kitchen facilities and BBQ. Featuring generous use of plantation and native timbers, steel and glass, they are of open plan design with spacious living areas inside and out.

All bathrooms have floor to ceiling glass windows where only the birds and echidnas can peer in, king size beds and a spa bath large enough to share and dissolve the stresses of life or to refresh after a vigorous forest walk.
